Jetting for Dellorto PHBH has no user account, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. The only personal data that leaves your device on its own is your position, and only when you ask for the weather: it is sent to our server to look up the conditions at the nearest weather station, with no identifier that could link it to you.
What follows explains each point in detail.
Your engine and carburettor settings, the weather conditions you enter or obtain, your saved setups and your preferences are stored on your device, in the app's private area. We do not receive them and cannot access them.
When you ask the app to fetch the current conditions, it asks iOS for your position (the “while using the app” permission) and sends its latitude and longitude to our weather service at www.isenet.es, over HTTPS. Nothing else goes with it: no name, no account, no device or advertising identifier.
The position is never requested in the background and never sent for any other reason. If you do not grant the permission, you can type the conditions in by hand and the app works the same.
If you open the screen with our other apps, the app downloads that list from www.isenet.es. The request carries only the app's name, the language and the platform, so the list comes in your language; no personal data. Our server records those three values and the date. The icons are downloaded from the same server.
“Report a problem” and the contact options open an email in your own mail app, addressed to us. Along with your message it includes the app version, the device model, the iOS version and the app's current settings, which help us reproduce what you see. You see all of it before sending, and nothing is sent unless you send it.
We use your email address and your message only to reply. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering those who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep those emails as long as needed to resolve the matter and do not use them to send you marketing.
The app may ask you to rate it using Apple's standard rating prompt. Your rating and review are handled by Apple; we receive nothing from that prompt apart from what is published on the App Store.
Older versions of the app, published before 2026, included the Flurry Analytics SDK (Yahoo), which sent anonymous usage events. It has been removed: current versions do not include it.

You can withdraw any of them at any time in the iOS Settings app.
The United Kingdom has an adequacy decision from the European Commission, so sending the coordinates there needs no further safeguards.
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone beyond what is described above.
The GDPR gives you the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. What is stored on your device is under your control: you can change or delete it in the app, or by uninstalling it. The weather requests carry no identifier, so we cannot tell which of them are yours; if you give us the date and the place within those 30 days, we will look for them and delete them.
To exercise any right, or for any question, write to mobile@isenet.es. We will reply within the one-month period set by the GDPR. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) or with your own national authority.
If a version of the app changes what it sends or to whom, we will update this policy before releasing it and change the date at the top.
This policy is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and by Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and the guarantee of digital rights.
